French Toast

This breakfast was a quiet breakfast (?). Helo just sat there and ate and then waited until Mommy and daddy were done, then we all cleaned up and that was it. We even gave Him a little bit of syrup on a few bites. Daddy thinks Helo is spoiled, but then said He loves spoiling Him!... Mommy agrees.
Love You Helo!

It's Waffle Time!

Breakfast is always fun with Helo... We love watching Him eat new foods. This Day was waffles! Helo's six months and two weeks Here. He ate half of a full waffle! Then He even had a full bowl of cereal and fruit an hour later! Helo can eat!
Love You Son!

BANANA!

Different foods affect different people... I know bananas usually cause constipation in most people, but they make Helo GO! And He loves them.
Dan and I are trying to get Helo to use His hands more when it comes to eating, this was our first attempt. And it was a success. Usually Helo is not a messy eater, and for the most part He even stayed clean during this snack, but of course a banana will get a little mushy, but to our surprise clean up was a breeze. We can't wait to try more finger foods! Love You Helo!

Tired?...Not Tired!

Helo and Mommy were playing (as you can tell with the mess),
And He just started doing this thing where He tilts His head.
He even does it when He is being held (He tries to lay on your arm).
At first we thought that He was tired, but He would do this throughout the whole day.
And ever since he started, He just does it sometimes.
Our guess... He just wanted to see the world from a different view!
We Love This Cutie!

LOVE YOU HELO!

Valentines Gifts

So Cute!

These pictures were from a week after Valentines Day.
If you know Dan, you know He does not get embarrassed easily. So I find it a need as His wife to give Him the opportunity to have this emotion. Dan told me I did a good job this year. On the 13th I was able to get away from Dan to feed Helo (we were helping friends move, so I went home), Helo didn't eat long so I bought a funny/annoying big v-day card, a sexy gift bag, a cookie jar filled with sugar free candy (if you know Dan on sugar...), two roses and a bouquet of red heart balloons. I dropped it off at His work (Thanks to a friend) and went back to help our friends move.
Dan went to work on V-day, His friend worked at the same time and got their five minutes early to lay everything out for Dan on His desk. Dan had no idea it was from me until He read the card later. He texted me "really?" right away. I should have played dumb... but I didn't.
The most embarrassing thing for Him was to have to walk through the store to go home carrying all that stuff. Dan said He got so many weird looks from everybody.
Did you know that many people think that v-day is just to spoil women? Wow, spoiled rotten brats (just my opinion). Love takes two, no?
Anyway, Dan and I don't "DO" valentines day. I just did this year to embarrass Him! We normally just use v-day as an excuse to eat as much candy as we want.
So Dan brought home his balloons and Helo LOVED them. (Yes, more than Dan did).

GET IT HELO!

Fuzzy picture...but still cute!
These ballons are still filled to their max with helium. They are perfect if you ever need LONG LASTING balloons. I got them from party city.

"Find Me Peek-A-Boo"

Helo is a giggling machine during this game!
for this game we set Him in the middle of our bed and get on the floor then jump up and say"Peek-A-Boo", then when we go back down we pop up on a different side of the bed. This game is easy for us because our bed is so high that we can crawl and he won't see us. He laughs so much.
We Love to hear Him laugh like this... so hard that He has to catch His breath!
We Love You Helo!

Helo Playing

Helo was trying to squeeze the bar together.
This picture turned out fuzzy and I couldn't get another one, but this one was still cute. He was squishing His face up against the bar.
Playing with the monkeys.
He was trying to crawl out of the saucer in this pic.
