Helo and His Morning Bagel

Helo watches "My Baby Can Read" every morning, it really captures His attention. This is the perfect time for His breakfast (second of three breakfasts of the day). First it's milk, second iron fortified cereal, third is solids. He can EAT!

Towel Love

These pics were taken right after bath time, before bed. We just took a whole bunch. As you can tell, Helo kept himself covered! He is getting so big!   We Love You Helo!

Sunday Nap!

On Sunday all three of us usually take a nap together. But on this Sunday, Dan went Home teaching.
Helo and I were so tired we decided to take a nap when Daddy left.
When Dan came home He grabbed the camera. After the first flash Helo and I woke up (which He normally doesn't do). But we were able to get Him (and me) back to sleep.
Then Dan curled up next to us for thirty minutes until Helo woke up smiling!
We Love our Sunday afternoons together! Love You Helo!

Flirt!

Dan and I started babysitting this little girl a few times a month. Helo finds Her 'interesting'. Last time we watched her Dan and I were in the kitchen and when we peeked in on them, Helo had His head on her chest and He was watching t.v.
Too bad we took too long to get the camera!
But these are the pics we did catch...

Intense eye contact.

So cute. He doesn't want her to move!
He has a a mean grip on her, but she didn't seem to mind.

Helo has quite a smile!Attempt Foot massage?

Love You Helo. You are adorable! And already flirting (You are your parents son)!

MESSY

So, I know kids get messy... but I swore as a Mom that My children would NOT get messy. Obviously that is a joke of a tale. We all came back from a long day out and about and Helo was hungry! I didn't care where the food went as long as the majority made it in His mouth. Since we were in a hurry to get Him to bed (not thinking) Mommy grabbed macaroni and cheese. As you can see Helo enjoyed it. And Mommy was, well...not so interested in the mess. And since Mommy fed Him...Daddy had clean up duty. Can you guess what the best Dad ever did? Daddy took Helo straight out of His clothes and into the kitchen sink (that was right over the counter next to Helo. Then everything else went straight into the laundry or the dishwasher. Daddy made clean up a snap! Thanks Daddy! As a human being, I know kids will make a mess, but most of the time, Helo is well groomed and tidy. But a mess is how kids learn and it is fun too! Maybe next time we will try pudding!
Helo, a picture says a thousand words... Love You Son!

Dinner Anyone?

Manicotti night!

Helo loved the inside mix more than the noodle. The inside was ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, broccoli, spinach, and homemade tomato sauce. Obviously the kitchen floor was the best place for this meal. So we all ate here! Helo didn't like having food on His toes, He was sure to point it out every time, He would just grab His foot and sit there patiently until Mom or Dad would wipe it off, then He would continue to eat.
Helo is 7 months here.
Daddy and Mommy Love You Helo!
